What do the niacin and calcium lines mean?
Niacin is a B vitamin, and the label prints 7.5 mg NE, or 47% of the Daily Value. The calcium line is 18 mg.
The adult RDA for niacin is 14 to 16 mg NE, and the upper limit from supplements is 35 mg (NIH ODS, Niacin). So the capsule holds about 21% of that limit. The label does not say if the niacin is nicotinic acid or niacinamide, so we cannot say whether it flushes the skin.
Calcium at 18 mg is about 1.4% of the 1,300 mg Daily Value (NIH ODS, Calcium). The label prints 1.5%. It is a trace amount and not a calcium source.

What are arginine, citrulline and beta alanine in HoneyPezil?
They are amino acids, the building blocks of protein, that are also sold as stand-alone supplements.
The label lists arginine twice (200 mg base and 200 mg AKG extract), citrulline twice (100 mg HCl and 100 mg malate) and beta alanine once (40 mg). It does not split the AKG and malate lines. So the capsule holds at most 400 mg of arginine ingredients and at most 200 mg of citrulline ingredients.
